The Art of Racial Discrimination: an Introduction

Tue May 20, 2008 at 09:58:20 AM PDT

The Obama campaign has so far opened some identity politics bordering on racism. So what is racism, what types are there, and what are the remedies?

According to
http://www.csudh.edu/...
http://kangaroocourtaus.ath.cx/...
http://kangaroocourtaustralia.com/

The 2 main types are overt eg. KKK, and institutional eg "but i have many black friends"

Institutional discrimination is far more complex and more difficult to combat than overt discrimination where there is a perpetrator. In law, we used to refer to "de facto" discrimination, as opposed to "de jure" discrimination. Covaleskie discusses power as consisting of two major types: sovereign and disciplinary. Sovereign power goes with titles and overt authority to dictate rules and regulations. Disciplinary power resides in the rules, norms, and expectations for traditional performance. Institutional discrimination relies on disciplinary power. Since disciplinary power seems to apply the same rules to everyone, there seems to be little discrimination. But when the rules grew from contexts in which there was discrimination, the unstated assumptions carry those discriminatory contexts right along with the rules in present contexts.

This is an introduction to institutional racism in the Australian Judiciary as a prime example to judicial corruption everywhere

Read my other diary posts.

SO whats Australian Judiciary done thats different from other latent racism in other judiciary?

Denying access to the law and legal system under local and international laws, in covering up

  1. perjury
  1. fabrication of evdidence and documents
  1. running case for absent defendents, namely commonwealth of australia

So why is this important? in international law, under ICERD, Australia unlike the US (I think) has given its antiracism laws over to the UN under article 14 of ICERD

Declarations recognizing the competence of the Committee on the Elimination of Racial Discrimination
in accordance with article 14 of the Convention29
(Unless otherwise indicated, the declarations were made
upon ratification, accession or succession.)

Australia

28 January 1993

"The Government of Australia hereby declares that it recognises, for and on behalf of Australia, the competence of the Committee to receive and consider communications from individuals or groups of individuals within its jurisdiction claiming to be victims of a violation by Australia of any of the rights set forth in the aforesaid Convention."

SO why has NOT CERD not investigated

ccording to the Canadian Barrister, Ms. Arbour, 61, is a "criminal, corrupt, (and) a shame to all Canadians". The sooner she is indicted and thrown in prison the better, says Mr. Black - who was reacting to an interview of the former senior UN officer on CBC. Ms. Arbour announced Sunday that she was retiring after years of international service.

In 1997, Ms. Arbour is said to have been informed by her chief of investigations, Australian Michael Hourigan and his team, including FBI agent Jim Lyons and Canadian police officers assigned to their unit that it was the RPF who had shot down the plane and massacred all those people.

"But instead of indicting Paul Kagame and the RPF men who had murdered all those people she ordered Hourigan to come to The Hague where she told him to kill the investigation and to burn his notes", says Mr. Black.

"This makes her an accessory to mass murder and a war criminal."

Because the outgoing High Commissioner for human Rights Ms Ann Arbour is a war criminal.

When you look at an article like this
http://kangaroocourtaus.ath.cx/...

Under the UPR procedure, however, even the most oppressive regimes will be subject to examination. China, Russia and Saudi Arabia will have their human rights records reviewed in 2009, Iran and Libya in 2010, and Zimbabwe in 2011.

You wont see one western country "named and shamed"; arent we all a happy bunch in the developed nations? Not only do judges close court doors on deathrow inmates past closing time

And yet here is clear evidence of judicial racism and coverup
http://kangaroocourtaus.ath.cx/...

Not Only are the judges named but also the president of Australia's Human Rights and Equal Opportunity Commission as a direct violator, reporting to the UN.

The outgoing High Commissioner for Human Rights is a war criminal after all.
